Mel Mayock's Prospect #49 Preview

Tyrus Thompson comes in at #49.  Definitely a big Hog-Molly out of Oklahoma.  Coming in at 6’5/320 with long arms and the athleticism to get to the second level.  He is only getting better and could be an elite player with time.  Not as strong as his frame suggests and will benefit from hitting the NFL weight room.  But I'd be very happy if the Panthers call his name in Rounds 2 or 3.
