Tiki Barber Joins Jordan Rodgers In Lunacy that Kurt Cousins is Better Than Cam Newton

I'm tired of it. I've been tired of it, and I'll never get used to it. People have been taking pot shots at Cam Newton from the sidelines since he came into the league. Whether it was Terry Bradshaw touting Blaine Gabbert, Colin Cowherd spewing nonsense, or Boomer Esiason pegging Cam Newton as one of the Top 5 most overrated NFL players, we've had to listen to this nonsense every year. Cam's gangbuster entrance to the NFL, winning of the Offensive Rookie of the Year,  multiple Pro Bowl appearances, NFL MVP award, and record shattering performances aren't enough to drown out the noise. We thought that 2015's magical run to the Super Bowl would finally silence the critics, but instead, they latched on to his disappointment displayed in his pouty post-Super Bowl press conference.

A disappointing season for Carolina in 2015 and Cam's inability to single-handily will the Panthers to success, however, has opened the door again for flavor of the week analysists to rearm their attacks against Newton.  This week, it is Jordan Rodgers and Tiki Barber who are taking the pot shots.

Jordan Rodgers, the brother of Aaron Rodgers who is best known for his appearance on the Bachelorette and worst known for his quarterbacking at Butte College, unleashed the latest nonsense that somehow Kurt Cousins is a better quarterback than Cam Newton.

I'm tired of this, but I won't let it go. Like Samuel L. said in Pulp Fiction:

I been saying that shit for years. And if you heard it, that meant your ass. I never gave much thought to what it meant. I just thought it was some cold-blooded shit to say to a motherfucker before I popped a cap in his ass. But I saw some shit this morning made me think twice. See, now I'm thinking, maybe it means you're the evil man, and I'm the righteous man, and Mr. 9 Millimeter here? He's the shepherd protecting my righteous ass in the valley of darkness. Or it could mean you're the righteous man and I'm the shepherd and it's the world that's evil and selfish. Now I'd like that. But that shit ain't the truth. The truth is…you're the weak, and I am the tyranny of evil men. But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard to be the shepherd.

Well, Jordan and Tiki, I'm trying real hard to be the shepherd, it just turns out that "I've got a threshold" Jordan and Tiki. "I've got a threshold for the abuse that I will take. Now, right now, I'm a fucking race car, all right? And you got me in the red. And I'm just saying, I'm just saying that it's fucking dangerous to have a race car in the red."
