I think this picture show's Justin's reaction to his agent saying there are 31 other NFL teams that could draft him other than the Panthers. Justin Hardy is a Backyard Baller that this website has been following closely and would love to have on the Panthers next year.  Yes, Tony and Joe are ECU guys and they want Hardy.  But I"m an NC State guy and I still want Hardy. This ECU Pirate put up 110 receptions for 1,334 yards and 9 TDs in 2014.  

This former walk on got better every year of his career.  He has good but not great speed.  Quicker than fast and could be a great solution at Punt Returner. Runs very good routes and can beat coverage with quickness.  Has great stop and go ability and exceptional hands.  Would be a very nice pick up for the Panthers in Round 3 if available.
